30421 Skybound Plane is a polybag set released in 2016. It includes Bucko and his plane.
Designer's notes
"This plane was made as part of explorations for models to accompany larger sets, but Maarten Simons helped it become it's own little polybag! I'm very proud of the bottle dropping "function"."[1]
