70723 Thunder Raider is a LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu - Rebooted set released in December 1, 2013. It includes Techno Cole and Techno Jay in the Thunder Raider vehicle, which can separate into Cole's Earth Mech and Jay's Lightning Offroader. Opposing them is a Nindroid Warrior, manning a double-barreled laser cannon turret with Jay's Techno Blade.
