Designer's notes[]
Myself and my colleague Maarten Simons worked together on earlier versions of the rattlecopter and we both influenced the future look of all snake vehicles, such as the head, color combination and overall styling.
Some are confused as to why the front teeth wobble... it's so that the face doesn't get pushed up and broken when you place the helicopter on a flat surface.[2]
Trivia[]
- This set bears resemblance to 9442 Jay's Storm Fighter, as they are both air vehicles about the same size and are both used in Rise of the Snakes.
- Numerically, this set marks the first appearance of Lloyd in a set.
- The Golden Constrictai Staff is exclusive to this set, yet there are no Constrictai in this set.
