The arcade cabinets are cabinets used for playing video games. After Prime Empire resurfaced, they became gateways to Prime Empire and its game zones.

History[]

Child's Play[]

When Lloyd enters Buddy's Pizza kids can be seen playing on the cabinets.

Once and for All[]

While the Land Bounty is traveling towards the Castle of Ice, Jay is playing Lava Zombies on an Arcade Cabinet in an attempt to teach Krag how to play, but the Yeti does not understand and he attempts to steal the game from Jay. Annoyed, Jay tries to get Cole to reason with Krag, but Cole simply states how he doesn't understand Yeti and points out how Krag was capable of harming Jay, at which Jay nervously allows Krag to play. Shortly after, Cole attempts to get Krag to stop playing, but he refuses, at which Cole threatens the Yeti that he would revoke Krag's video game privileges should he continue, after which Krag reluctantly leaves the game behind.

Would You Like to Enter Prime Empire?[]

When the ninja are searching The Mechanic's headquarters, Jay comes across an arcade cabinet titled Prime Empire. He tries to play the game but realizes he needs the motherboard to operate the game. Jay inserts the motherboard inside the Arcade Cabinet which causes a shock wave that is felt across Ninjago City.

At the same time in Benny's Arcade Emporium, the shock wave causes the electricity to go out. When the power is restored, all of the Arcade Cabinets are replaced with Prime Empire.

Jay plays the legendary game before reaching level 13 and the arcade cabinet opening up a portal. He enters as well as hundreds of other gamers.

Gayle Gossip: A Closer Look[]

While Gayle Gossip was reporting on the dark reality of Prime Empire, gamers were using the arcade cabinets. Nelson then Prime Empire after he completed level 13.

Dyer Island[]

Leroy is playing Prime Empire using one of the Arcade Pods. When he reaches level 13, he enters Prime Empire.

Level Thirteen[]

When the Arcade Pods containing Prime Empire are confiscated, Benny tries to stop them. However, the officers still take them away.

Cyrus Borg does an analysis of the original arcade cabinet and realizes that there are over eight-hundred gamers trapped inside Prime Empire. Cole then plays the game in order to enter the virtual world. When he completes it, he, Lloyd, Nya, and Kai enter Prime Empire.

I am Okino[]

Multiple gamers enter Terra Karana using the arcade cabinet including the ninja.

Stop, Drop and Side Scroll[]

Lloyd, Nya, and Jay use one of the arcade cabinets to reach Terra Domina.

  • While the three varieties of Arcade Pods in the sets are themed around Jay, Lloyd, and Kai respectively, the cabinets in the series have nothing to do with them. Instead, they are each entry points to Prime Empire's game zones.
  • The arcade cabinets are referred to as "Arcade Pods" in the sets.
