"That's not what happened at all!"

The Barracudox are a trio of fish-like monsters that were formerly trapped in the Tower of Tears by Master Wu.
History[]
Background[]
At some point in time in Ninjago's history, the Barracudox wreaked damage as dangerous criminals and beings. As a result, they came into conflict with Master Wu, who succeeded in defeating them, imprisoning the three in the Tower of Tears.
Countless years later, Lord Garmadon would destroy the Tower of Tears, taking command of its escaped prisoners, promising to work together to get revenge, planning to wear Wu down by throwing all of his enemies at him, one by one.
Stone Cold[]
As Master Wu attempted to escape the Insect Master's swarm of bees, he swam into the nearby river, only to be ambushed by the Barracudox lying in wait. Realizing he would face danger both above or underwater, Wu used Spinjitzu to create a massive water spout, simultaneously defeating the swarm and the Barracudox.

Trivia[]
- The Barracudox are the fifth Escapee(s) that Wu fought. They're also arguably the fourth, as the Insect Master was never physically present during their joint attack; likewise, the Barracudox and Insect Master are the first Escapees to attack Wu as a group.
- The Barracudox is based on the barracuda, a carnivorous fish.
- Like the original Serpentine Generals, the Barracudox have a normal minifigure's upper hip piece between their torso and tail despite how they do not have normal minifigure legs and the LEGO pieces similar to their tail design, such as the original mermaid tail, do not have this hip piece. This is likely a result of the Barracudox being drawn similarly to the other characters with normal minifigure legs.
