Benny is a citizen of Ninjago City and the owner of Benny's Arcade Emporium. Formerly he was a film worker and later a cameraman for NGTV.

When interviewed by Gayle Gossip, Benny said that he had never seen an arcade game like this since Prime Empire was released, emphasizing the long line outside his arcade. He tells the viewers that everyone comes to his arcade to have fun. However, Zane interrupts, saying that playing Prime Empire is dangerous. Benny interrupts and cuts Zane off by telling Gayle Gossip that everyone should come down to his arcade.
