Blazey Hyper Speed (formerly named Racer Seven) is a former NPC racer in Prime Empire who competed in the Speedway Five-Billion, driving a version of Lloyd's Jungle Raider. After Unagami's Manifestation Gate brought Prime Empire's AI into Ninjago, Racer Seven was of those who exited. She eventually chose to stay in Ninjago, once the conflict was over and took up a new name.
History[]
Prior to Prime Empire[]
Racer Seven was programmed as an NPC who always lost in the Speedway Five-Billion in the same spot to give other racers a challenge. Ever since Scott entered the game, Seven was racing.

The Meaning of Victory[]
Racer Seven is interviewed about what it would be like to win the Key-Tana. She said it would feel great, as she believed someone was pulling the strings on the players, and winning the race would break that barrier.
Prime Empire[]
One Step Forward, Two Steps Back[]
When the ninja visit the Speedway Five-Billion to enter the race, Racer Seven can be seen near the entrance with her vehicle.
Racer Seven[]
Racer Seven is racing at the Speedway Five-Billion and once again crashes. She gets out of her car and in fury, throws her helmet in the direction of Lloyd. While Lloyd is running away from the Red Visors, Racer Seven realizes her helmet is with Lloyd.
As she is trudging towards the noodle shop, other gamers congratulate her for her effort, but she doesn't care. Lloyd then comes later to talk with Racer Seven, explaining that the world she lives in isn't real and Unagami has programmed her to lose. At first, Racer Seven doesn't believe Lloyd and even threatens to call the Red Visors if Lloyd doesn't leave. Before Lloyd leaves, Lloyd tells her to meet in the empty parking lot if she changes her mind.
Racer Seven then realizes that Lloyd has a point as she has been failing constantly; always crashing at the fourth mile marker. She heads over to the empty parking lot but cannot find anyone. Suddenly, she runs into a shield which reveals to be Scott's garage and Lloyd comes out to greet her. Lloyd then hands over her helmet and asks if she wants to join the race with them.
The Speedway Five-Billion[]
The ninja tell Racer Seven of what Prime Empire really is, as well as Unagami being Milton Dyer. They also tell her the only way to stop him is to get the three Key-Tanas, including the Yellow Key-Tana won in the Speedway Five-Billion which they need her for. Racer Seven reminisces of what Lloyd told her of how she was created to lose but could change that. She asked how he could be so sure. Lloyd says she just has to believe in herself and that'll help her win.
Game Over[]
Racer Seven was among the NPCs who chose to live in Ninjago City after exiting the Manifestation Gate. She briefly smiles at Lloyd after spotting him in the crowd, before walking off.
After Prime Empire[]
After Racer Seven was freed from Prime Empire, she changed her name to Blazey Hyper Speed.[1]
Seabound[]
The Turn of the Tide[]
Blazey H. Speed was present at Nya's memorial, paying her respects.

Trivia[]
- Like all the racers in "The Meaning of Victory," her name was misspelled in Ninjargon. In this case, Racer Seven's name was misspelled as "Racdr Seven."
- She shares the same hairstyle as Antonia and Kreel, originally used on a citizen in the LEGO City 60202 People Pack - Outdoor Adventures set.
- Similar to Okino being programmed to fail his masters until "The Maze of the Red Dragon," Racer Seven was programmed to lose until "The Speedway Five-Billion."
- The car she uses is the Legacy remake of Lloyd's Jungle Raider. However, it has an "R" in it instead of a dragon symbol.
- She is one of the few NPCs to take up a new name.
