The Blind Man's Eye is a hurricane-like storm that passes over the highest altitudes of Ninjago. The only place high enough to reach it is the peak of the Wailing Alps. Prior to the Merge, the storm acted as a portal to the Cloud Kingdom.

The ninja used the Blind Man's Eye to get to Cloud Kingdom to obtain the Sword of Sanctuary.
The Quiet One[]
After seeing that they were in Strangler's Path, Lloyd mentioned that half of the names given to dangerous places aren't accurate. The Blind Man's Eye is one of the names he listed.
