The mechs are four exo-suits that were made by Cyrus Borg.
History[]
Return of the Ice Emperor[]
The base forms of three of the mechs were present in Cyrus Borg's office at Borg Tower when P.I.X.A.L., Ronin, Ultra Violet, Killow, Fugi-Dove, and Zane arrived to seek his aid in battle against the Overlord and his Crystal Army.
Compatible[]
At Borg Tower, Cyrus Borg and the Kryptarium prisoners worked to assemble a fourth mech as well as to upgrade and modify them to better suit their needs in preparation for the battles to come. While assembling the fourth mech for Fugi-Dove, the avian themed criminal's fumbling with the controls resulted in him accidentally backhanding Killow as well as kicking Ronin halfway across the room.
Following the completion of the four mechs, P.I.X.A.L. went over the functions of each mech while their pilots experimented with their controls, some having an easier time than others. The mech pilots would continue to adjust to their new battle suits while P.I.X.A.L. and Borg attempted to get Zane back online, departing some time later to combat the Crystal Army.
An Issue of Trust[]
After receiving word from Borg that the Crystal Army was on its way to the Newspaper warehouse, the Resistance began to prepare for their final stand. As part of their preparations, the Mechs and their pilots were stationed outside as part of the first line of defense. Killow's mech however, would be given to Lloyd so that he could reach the top of the Crystal Island and bring the fight directly to the Crystal King himself.
Dragon Form[]
Lloyd used Killow's Mech to combat the Crystal King atop of the Crystal Temple, though it was quickly destroyed once the King assumed his centaur-creature form.
Meanwhile, Ronin, Ultra Violet, and Fugi-Dove used their mechs in combat against the Crystal Army on the ground. Unfortunately, the former two mechs would be taken out of commission after their pilots were turned into Crystal zombies by the approaching Crystal Army. Fugi-Dove however managed to avoid crystallization and continued to use his mech in battle against the Crystal Army.
