The Dark Samurai make up the army for Ronin. Their leader cares little about them, using them only to further his own plans.
History[]
Shadow of Ronin[]
Several of Ronin's samurai signed up for Dareth's adult class in order to get close to the ninja. On the day that they were to face the ninja, the samurai revealed themselves and attacked the ninja, but were quickly defeated.
Shortly thereafter, several samurai were sent to Kryptarium Prison to obtain the map to the Inky Lemonberry from Hibiki, but were once again defeated by the Ninja.
Sometime later, the Dark Samurai accompanied Ronin in search of the Elemental Forge of Ice. At the ice temple, the dark samurai held positions across a frozen slope, with several of their members playing in the snow as Zane and Dareth sped past them. The samurai would depart alongside their leader after recovering the Ice and Fire forges from the Ninja.
The Dark Samurai would later ambush the Ninja inside Hiroshi's Labyrinth alongside their leader, recovering the Primal Fulcrum while the Ninja were held by the chamber's traps.
With the primal fulcrum in tow, the Dark Samurai brought it to Chen's Island, where they had established a stronghold inside the former despot's palace. Multiple squadrons of samurai patrolled the shores of the island in preparation of the Ninja's arrival, coming into conflict with them when they arrived. Unfortunately, the Dark Samurai failed in stopping the Ninja's advance and were overwhelmed as the Ninja fought their way into Chen's Palace before finally confronting Ronin and four other Dark Samurai inside the palace's courtyard. These four would journey onward with their leader into a portal after the latter activated the primal fulcrum with the elemental forges, taking them between the realms as they prepared to bring back Chen from the Cursed Realm. These four samurai would ultimately be defeated by the Ninja as they pursued Ronin into the portal and were presumably left behind after the Ninja destroyed the primal fulcrum and closed the portal.

Description[]
A mercenary like Ronin, would of course have his own personal army. These goons are of the classic, dumb brutes who ask no question variation, what they lack in skill and intelligence, they make up for in numbers and force.
They come in two variations: the Ronin Warrior and the Ronin Samurai.
Trivia[]
- Some of the Samurai's torsos resemble Cole and Jay's Techno uniforms.
- Their appearance is very similar to Samurai X, only without armor and a gray color scheme.
