Don't Rain on my Parade[]
The ninja have picked up Jay from the lighthouse and are on their way back to the Monastery of Spinjitzu. Jay shows his paranoia and obsession towards water since he believes that Nya can possibly be in a bottle of water that he sees. The ninja walks down the streets, just to find it all empty and deserted. Later, they encounter a parade and see the new mayor of Ninjago City, Ulysses Norville Trustable, giving out a speech to honor his inauguration.
While the people are having fun, at the corner of the street, the Mechanic is waiting inside a disguised noodle truck, planning a pay-back due to the mayor's policy on criminals. The ninja recognized the diabolical laugh inside the truck and quickly reveal the man behind the curtain. The Mechanic, afraids of being caught, hits the gas and swiftly drives away. Jay and Cole chase him down using one of the parade's car. After a short chase, the two crash and soon be picked up by the others, flying a parade balloon. The chase continues, after having burned down a tree and crashed a van on accident, the ninja fail to catch the Mechanic.
Later that day, at the mayor's office, Mayor Trustable appears to dislike the ninja due to them causing more and more property damage, devastating the city's treasury. He later reveals the new candidates to replace the ninja.
