Din is a traveling trader who sold excess supplies to the Skulkin through a middleman, Lee.
History[]
Jay: Ninja of Lightning[]
After Jay and Kai left Lee's Supplies due to it being closed, they met Din after traveling to an inn upheld by Mrs. Park. He introduced himself as a traveling trader and expressed his discontent regarding Lee, the owner of Lee's Supplies, stating that Lee ordered goods from him to sell but never paid him back.
Later that night, Din was one of the first villagers on the scene of the collapsed shop, yelling that Lee was inside when it fell. He helped carry Lee to a doctor with other villagers, and questioned how the building could have fallen.
The next day, he investigated the scene of the accident, and realized that the support beams weren't cut, but rather smashed. After Lu found red and blue thread, Din pulled a blade on the ninja due to believing they were responsible for the crime, but eventually let them go after further deliberation. Before they left, he gave them directions towards Lee's home so that they investigate further.
Some amount of time later, Din was kidnapped by three Skulkin warriors and dragged off to the nearby forest. His blade was left, and the villagers gave it to the ninja. Using it, they discovered that it was the right size to make the 'X' markings on Lee's trees, which they believed was used as a way to contact him.
Later in the night, the two ninja watched with frightened villagers as the Skulkin snuck to the ruined shop to gather their supplies from Lee. When they left, Din was left behind, gagged and tied. He claimed that they wanted to know about the number of villagers defending the village but let him go after he refused to speak.
The next day, the two ninja gathered villagers involved with the crime, and among them was Din. When they got to explaining how Din was a suspect, they stated that he had some extra goods that could be sold to the skeletons, and signaled when he did by leaving a mark for Lee on one of his trees. They theorized that Din left one the night that Lee was attacked, which is why Lee made an excuse to leave the house. After the ninja did similar analyses on other suspects, Jay brought out a gadget he called the "truth-seeker" and claimed it could detect a lie, which he used as a bluff to root out the true criminal. Before Jay got to "use" it, Din broke away and ran. As the ninja fought him, he confirmed their suspicions when he rambled about how he believed the Skulkin would win against the ninja. He also confirmed that he destroyed Lee's Supplies and stole thread from Mrs. Park to pin the crime on the ninja. Din revealed that he made a deal with the Skulkin to let him go when they kidnapped him, stating that they could get their goods and get rid of the ninja, as well as receive their next load of supplies for free. Eventually, Jay knocked Din out with Spinjitzu, and Din was imprisoned.

- While it isn't directly confirmed that Din lit the fire that burned down the shed that Jay and Kai were investigating in Jay: Ninja of Lightning, it can be inferred that he did.
