Jay holds his Golden Kusarigama while the ninja are trying to find crime within Ninjago City.
The Belly of the Beast
In the Desert of Doom, Jay carves a message on a nearby rock so people know who he is when they find his bones.
Powerless
Jay fights Aspheera's Elemental Cobras with his Kusarigama. Later, in the Ninjago Museum of History, he has it strapped to his back.
Ancient History
Jay brings his Kusarigama when he, Kai, and Cole decide to go look for Skales for information about Aspheera and the Pyro Vipers.
Vengeance is Mine!
As Aspheera and her army break into the Hanger Bay to find Wu, Jay uses his weapon to fight them.
A Cold Goodbye
Jay keeps his Kusarigama with him when Lloyd attempts to steal Master Wu's Traveler's Tea.
The Meaning of Victory
As Jay runs away from Red Visors, he can be seen with his Kusarigama.

Red Visors search through Terra Technica, and while Jay is on the run, he meets Scott.
Would You Like to Enter Prime Empire?
Inside the old electronics warehouse, The Mechanic and his crew fight the ninja, with Jay using his Kusarigama. They then use their vehicles to chase his noodle truck, where he and his followers are arrested by the police.
The Worst Rescue Ever
He brings his weapon while on a mission to rescue Cole, who is being held prisoner in the dungeons of Shintaro.
