Jay Vincent is the co-composer for LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu along with Michael Kramer. He has also composed additional music for LEGO Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles, the 2012 Golden Globe Awards, as well as several trailers for EA Games.


  • He has stated "about 70% of everything I know about film music was from making a [list of musical themes] in high school and studying their every iteration throughout the Lord of the Rings trilogy."[1]
  • He and Kramer have provided various background singing and chanting voices throughout the series. These include the pirates in "Pirates vs. Ninja," the ancient chanting of Ouroboros in "The Rise of the Great Devourer," Cole whistling in "The Last Voyage," and together with the rest of the crew, the martial arts chanting that is often heard in action scenes.[2]
  • He has worked on trailers promoting video games such as Dragon Age 2 and Mass Effect 3.
  • Jay Vincent has received a BMI Film & TV Award for his work.
