Kathleen Barr (born April 6, 1967) is a Canadian voice actress who provides the voices of Misako, Brad Tudabone, Gene, Dilara, Bansha, Machia, and Faith/Heavy Metal in LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu.

- She, along with Scott McNeil, Andrew Francis, Trevor Devall, Lee Tockar, and Michael Dobson, appeared in LEGO's Bionicle: Mask of Light.
- She is well-known for voicing Kevin and Marie Kanker on the series Ed, Edd n Eddy. Her other voice-acting roles include Bionicle 3: Web of Shadows (Roodaka and Gaaki), My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (Trixie and Queen Chrysalis), Darkstalkers (Morrigan Aensland), Mega Man (Roll), Dragon Tales (Wheezie), Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (Rudolph), and in Kit vs Kat (Kat).
- In Season 8, Sam Vincent, another voice actor from Ed, Edd n Eddy joins the cast playing Lloyd, becoming the second person from that show to work on Ninjago.
- She is the sister of Mark Lyle Barr, an English professor at Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
