The lair is the home to the bears that reside in Glimwillow Woods.
History[]
Garmadon Issue 2[]
At some point after the Oni's invasion, and at the request of the elders of Two Moon Village, Renzo and Kenzo, Garmadon, Min, and the Two Moon Village Commandos set out in search of Kuma to defeat her so that the villagers could continue harvesting Glimwillow Lilies at their leisure to use in the production of Two Moon Tea. Arriving outside of the lair, the group observed that the bears feed on the Glimwillow Lilies, and the Commandos admitted that they had never actually seen Kuma before, leading them to mistake a particularly large bear with extensive scarring to be her. Garmadon attacked and eventually defeated this bear, declaring victory over "Kuma." At that moment, the real Kuma awakened, revealing herself to be as large as the mountain she dwelled in. With a single swipe of her paw, Kuma easily swatted away Garmadon and the Commandos, though Garmadon managed to win in the end by slashing the stalactites on the ceiling with Bron's sword until a large portion of the ceiling collapsed, burying Kuma beneath the rubble.
Garmadon Issue 5[]
After allying themselves with the Bears of Glimwillow Woods, Garmadon and the villagers who had escaped the Red Crows returned to Kuma's lair in order to free the massive bear from the rubble that Garmadon had buried her with, hoping to ally with her in an effort to defeat the Red Crows and their leader, Mogra.
