Leaf Blade is a Mountain Dragon who serves as the regent for the Matriarch Eridany until she comes of age to rule.
History[]
Their Draconic Majesty's Request[]
Speaking through telepathy with the help of his necklace, Leaf Blade spoke on behalf of Eridany as he welcomed Arin to the World Forest. He then assisted Arin in rescuing his master and ferried both of them to the The Temple of the Dragon Cores. After arriving outside of the temple, Arin told Leaf Blade that he could leave them, but he insisted on waiting for the two outside. While Arin and Ras spoke with the Spirit of the Temple, four other Mountain Dragons came to inform Leaf Blade about Ras' presence as Arin's companion.
When the pair left the temple, Leaf Blade confronted Ras, warning Arin that the former leader of the Claws of Imperium was masquerading as his master. To Leaf Blade's shock however, Arin revealed that Ras was his master and that he needed Ras to help find his family. Although Arin reminded the Mountain Dragons that they owed a great debt to him and he would like for them to allow him to leave with Ras, Leaf Blade denied the request, stating that Ras could not be forgiven for his crimes against dragonkind. Desiring to avoid a fight, Arin chose to flee with Ras with the help of a mercenary's glider pack that he had retrieved earlier.
Unwilling to allow Ras to escape, Leaf Blade and his comrades pursued Arin through the World Forest, with Leaf Blade leading the way. Although Arin was able to shake off the other four Mountain Dragons, Leaf Blade deftly evaded all of the teenager's tricks, but unfortunately, even he could not react fast enough to dodge a large tree branch that Arin sliced right in front of him. The branch then struck Leaf Blade and knocked him away from further pursuit.
