- It shares the same head mold as teen Riyu, the Green Forest Dragon and the Dragon-headed drone.
- It is the only dragon from Dragons Rising but not from 4+ sets that hasn't appeared in any media.
- In Temple Thieves, an unknown dragon sent by Roby to the ninja from the City of Temples appeared. However, this cannot be the same dragon as Leafy Dragon, because they look completely different to each other.
- Its lantern is similar to those of Rontu.
