Lee Tockar (born February 11, 1969) is a Canadian voice actor. He provides the voice of Cyrus Borg and the Ship Captain in Episode 53, in Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu.

- Outside of Ninjago, Tockar is well known on Johnny Test as the voices for Eugene "Bling-Bling Boy" Hamilton, General, Albert, and Montague. He also provided the voice of Makuta Teridax in the first two BIONICLE films, Roach in Super Noobs, Pronto in Slugterra and Professor von Volt in Geronimo Stilton.
- He is one of eight voice actors to work on Johnny Test before working on Ninjago: the other seven are Trevor Devall, Richard Newman, Scott McNeil, Marÿke Hendrikse, Kathleen Barr, Ian James Corlett, Andrew Francis, and Ashleigh Ball.
