Template:Icons Matthew "Matt" Hill (born January 19, 1968) is a Canadian voice actor who works for Ocean Studios in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He voices Hyper-Sonic in the Prime Empire Original Shorts.
He was born in the same place as Sam Vincent, thus the two are often cast together as friends. Both are best known for their work on Ed, Edd n Eddy.

He is also the voice of the Wonderbolt Soarin' in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.
