Michael Kramer is a co-composer for Ninjago along with Jay Vincent. The two have been the lead composers for the score of every Ninjago season and episode since 2011. In 2014 and 2016, he and Jay Vincent organized the releases of the soundtrack albums for season one and season two.
In September 2017, Michael Kramer began releasing Ninjago tracks on his YouTube channel, taking after Jay Vincent, who had been releasing tracks on the website since 2012. He stopped soon after.

- He and Vincent have provided various background singing and chanting voices throughout the series. These include the pirates in "Pirates vs. Ninja," the ancient chanting of Ouroboros in "The Rise of the Great Devourer," Cole whistling in "The Last Voyage," and together with the rest of the crew, the martial arts chanting that is often heard in action scenes.[1]
- He composed the middle instrumental section for the "Day of the Departed" song.[2]
- Kramer has also composed the score for LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures, LEGO Star Wars: Terrifying Tales, and He-Man: and the Masters of the Universe (Netflix).
- He, along with Jay Vincent and Jeppe Riddervold, is one of the only members of the production crew to have worked on all seasons of Ninjago and Ninjago: Dragons Rising.
