- Mikloshe is a Hypnobrai using the same design as Mezmo.
- Mikloshe's role is a play on snake charming, a concept previously used in Ninjago in the form of the Sacred Flutes.
- Mikloshe is the fifth known female Serpentine, the first four being Selma, Rivett, Machia, and Aspheera. However, Mikloshe was only confirmed to be female in concept art.
- She is the second female Serpentine to possess a male appearance, with Rivett being the first.
- She is one of fifteen Serpentine whose name is mentioned in the show, the others being Skales, Pythor, Acidicus, Skales Jr., Arcturus, Blunck, Raggmunk, Machia, Aspheera, Char, Mambo V, Spitz, and SsssSsss Underwood.
