Mister F was a Nindroid who was a part of the Overlord's council. He was the new model of Mr. E, one of the former generals of the Sons of Garmadon.
History[]
Mister F's origins are largely unknown, whether he's Mr. E rebuilt, an upgraded model built from the remains of Mr. E, or a new creation altogether. At some point after the Liberation of Ninjago, Mister F was created and brought into the Crystal King's council of villains, which was headed by Harumi, the woman that Mr. E had served beneath.
The Council of the Crystal King[]
Lloyd (disguised as the Mechanic) meeting Mister F
During the meeting of the Council of the Crystal King, Mister F sat next to Pythor. When an undercover Lloyd - disguised as The Mechanic - mistook him for Mr. E, Pythor corrects him by saying that he is a new model named "Mister F", but expresses disappointment that he still isn't capable of talking.

When the council convenes with the Kabuki Maski, the mysterious herald reveals there's an impostor in the council, to which Mister F silently reacts in shock. Vangelis, thinking that the Nindroid is the impostor, falsely accuses him for wearing a mask, though Mister F glares at him in response. When Lloyd tries to escape after his cover is blown, Mister F subdues him with his crystal gun. He, along with the other villains, then surround Lloyd as the Kabuki Mask reveals himself as Harumi.
A Sinister Shadow[]

After Lloyd frees himself from his Vengestone shackles, having managed to stealthily take the key from Harumi, Mister F arrives to stop him. When Lloyd attempts to use his elemental power to attack the Nindroid, he discovers that his powers aren't working. Mister F once again subdues him, by delivering a front kick to the chest. He then uses his crystal gun to force Lloyd into yielding. Mister F kept his gun aimed at him as Harumi mocks Lloyd by saying that because of the vengestone, he couldn't use his powers and that he'll never stop the Crystal King. She then reveals that he'll bring peace to Ninjago under darkness once he manages to take over Ninjago City.
The Spider's Design[]
At the Crystal Temple as Lloyd is imprisoned in a cage made out of Vengestone, Mister F is tracking the ninja who are searching for Lloyd at the N line and are eventually found, Mister F and Harumi unleash the Crystal Spiders on the ninja who are traveling throughout the N line. As Harumi lies to Lloyd that the ninja died, a dark energy boils inside him, he breaks out of the cage, Mister F tries to attack Lloyd but is kicked back. Harumi is also defeated temporarily but Mister F shoots Lloyd with the Crystal Gun and Harumi is saved.
Darkness Within[]
Mister F watches the ritual to transform the Golden Weapons into the Weapons of Destruction, as the Overlord takes physical form.
The Coming of the King[]
After the Overlord was awoken, he begins to power up the council, with Mister F being Crystallized. The Crystal King gives Mister F a Shuriken of Destruction, but the Mechanic gets mad at Mister F, saying they were his, but the Overlord gives the other one to him and the rest of the Council get other weapons. Mister F and the rest of the Crystal Council bow to the Overlord. Lloyd attempts to escape, and Mister F catches up to him, throwing his shuriken at him. Mister F tries to hit him with the Shuriken but Lloyd dodges this attack and tries to hit Mister F with his elemental power but misses. Mister F once again tries to hit Lloyd with a shuriken. Mister F loses his shuriken and is temporarily thrown onto the ground, but he gets back up and kicks Lloyd. Mister F takes out his crystal gun and chases Lloyd to no avail.
Mister F and the rest of the Council throw their weapons at once on Lloyd, creating a explosion and knocking out everyone. Lloyd escapes the temple and jumps out as Mister F and the rest of the Council watches.
Return to Primeval's Eye[]
Mister F along with the other members of the council were riding Dragonides and attempted to catch Lloyd, who was in Primeval's Eye with Harumi as his hostage. But failed when the Destiny's Bounty and Zane's Golden Dragon Jet arrived successfully saved the Green Ninja.
An Issue of Trust[]
Mister F plays the Overlord the message to the ninja and revealed the ninja's current hideout.
Dragon Form[]
Mister F battles Zane (in his Dragon Form). He launches his Shuriken at Zane, only to hit the support beams of one of Dareth's billboards, which he catches, purifies it, and uses it to cut the last support beam, sending the billboard down on Mister F. His fate is currently unknown.

Nindroid Mr. E met his fate when an enraged Garmadon tore him apart for failing him in his mission to find Lloyd. Now he’s known as Mister F. Newly upgraded, in control of the deadly Crystal Spiders and going by the name of ‘Mister F’ ... he’s deadlier than ever.[2]

The name of this crystalized villain is Mister F. He is very similar to the well-known Mister E, and is also a Nindroid.[3]

Mr. F has evolved into an upgraded and deadlier Nindroid. He now works with Harumi and together they are invited on to the Council of the Crystal King with all its evil intentions. Mr. F holds a long-running grudge against the ninja, particularly Zane, and now he oversees a platoon of Crystal Spiders he wants to take them all down. Mr. F was a henchman for the Sons of Garmadon formerly known as Mr. E.[4]

Behind the scenes[]
- The helmet Mister F wears before his crystallization is different from Mr. E's not based on any existing LEGO piece.
- Though Mr. E's name was spelled using an abbreviation for "mister", Mister F's spells out the whole word.
- When asked what happen to the Crystal Council after Season 15, Tommy Andreasen stated that Mister. F's fate is left for fan interpretation.
Trivia[]
- Mister F is the only member of the Council of the Crystal King who is not a returning villain from previous seasons, as he is only based on Mr. E, but is not the same character.
- Despite Pythor calling Mister F a "new model", which would imply that he is Mr. E's successor and not actually him, the character's description at LEGO.com claims that he is indeed Mr. E, rebuilt after his death in Season 9: Hunted. Which of these claims is true is currently unknown.
- He is the only member of the Council of the Crystal King who is only available in one set.
- He is also the only member of the council who was not seen being recruited by the Kabuki Mask.
- His minifigure uses a red visor and has a helmet identical to Oni Garmadon's helmet, whereas in the show he has a dark pink visor and a helmet similar to a Samurai X's helmet, but no holder, like Karlof's.
