The house is the home in the Cloud Kingdom where Nimbus lived.

Kingdom Come[]
Under the guise that he was bringing them to the Master Writer to receive the Sword of Sanctuary, Fenwick led the Ninja to Nimbus' house, claiming it was the home of the Master Writer and that he would go and inform the Master Writer of their arrival. Once his guests had entered the building, Fenwick discreetly locked the doors and left, intending for the Ninja to be killed by the home's true resident.
Within the home, the Ninja discovered that it was filled with all sorts of stuffed animals and toys, including a pinball machine that Jay briefly played with before they were confronted by Nimbus. Although they continued to mistake the creature for the Master Writer, the Ninja quickly realized that Nimbus was not going to give them the Sword of Sanctuary but rather was going to maul them to death. In the ensuing struggle, Kai managed to briefly delay Nimbus by threatening to break his toys while Cole used his new spectral abilities to phase through the building's walls and undo the lock, allowing the Ninja to escape. Unfortunately, in their haste, the Ninja neglected to relock the door, allowing Nimbus to escape as well.
