Special Delivery From Stiix![]
A week before the Day of the Departed , Wu asked the ninja to escort the truck from Stiix which had some statues needed for the Ninjago Museum of History's Hall of Villainy. To Kai's displeasure, who said that it's Ninjago Police who should be doing it, they agreed. Lloyd was going with them, but Wu stopped him by saying that he needs to learn a new meditating lesson.
After arriving to Stiix on their Ultra Sonic Raider, the ninja found a truck they needed, and together with its driver, they were going back to Ninjago City. While crossing the Sea of Sand, the ninja found out that someone broke the bridge, so they went the other way.
Later, they were suddenly attacked by the Skulkin on their vehicles. After defeating them, Kai asked Kruncha and Nuckal why did they even need these statues. Kruncha was confused by this question and said that "he" needed that truck for his plan. The skeletons decided to "check with the headquarters" and retreated on their helicopter, while saying that they were promised to return Samukai back to life. Without understanding anything, the ninja continued their way to Ninjago City, and at the end, the statues came in time.

Continuity[]
- The comic takes place a week before "Day of the Departed".
- The comic reveals that Yang hired Skulkin to steal the statues from the Hall of Villainy and that he told them about Samukai's resurrection.
- Considering the amount of Skulkin loyal to Samukai in the comic, it is unknown why after his actual resurrection, only Krazi and Frakjaw were on his side.
- It is unknown if Clouse was aware of Yang's plan, as he was the leader of the Skulkin at the time and he pays respect to Samukai, as shown in Way of the Departed Chapter 11.
- The comic reveals how Ninjago Museum of History got its statues for the Hall of Villiany.
- Chen's statue was shown in the museum before the events of the comic, so it was created earlier.
- The comic marks the latest chronological appearance of Kruncha and Nuckal until Dragons Rising Season 3.
