The Ninjago News Center (also known as NGTV's broadcast tower, the NGTV office building or simply the NGTV building) is a television station located in Ninjago City.
History[]
Season 2: Legacy of the Green Ninja[]
The Day Ninjago Stood Still[]
When Ninjago City was attacked by the Stone Army and Nya had nowhere to land with the Destiny's Bounty, Gayle Gossip suggested that all citizens should go to the roof of the NGTV building, as there was a heliport. When they were in the building, Dareth wanted to use the elevator, but there was a Stone Swordsman in it, so he preferred to go upstairs with the others.
As the citizens ran to the roof and boarded the Bounty, Misako noticed that she was missing the scrolls, so she returned to the building where Wu had followed her. When they realized that the Stone Army could not be defeated, they jumped out the window but fell on the Bounty.
Season 10: March of the Oni[]
Into the Breach[]
When the Oni's cloud of destruction engulfed Ninjago City, the top of the NGTV building remained stuck and the staff in it did not petrify. Vinny then tried to send an emergency signal while Gayle was preparing a report.
The Fall[]
When the ninja came in the Destiny's Bounty to rescue the NGTV building's staff, they arrived and landed on the roof. Then they rescued all of them, but Cole fell off the ladder as they flew away. He slid down the sloping roof of the building to one of the rooms where he broke the skylight and stayed lying unconscious.[1]
Endings[]
When Cole woke up and the cloud tried to petrify him, he hurried into an another room of the NGTV building and closed the glass door behind him. He then opened a drawer, throwing out a file, mugs, a suitcase, and a lightbulb. He eventually found a pair of scissors and tried to fix the remote. When it came out, he ran to the front door of the building and called for the Earth Driller. He then opened the main door and walked across the road to the drill.
Season 11: Secrets of the Forbidden Spinjitzu[]
Snaketastrophy[]
When the Elemental Cobras began attacking Ninjago City, Dan Vaapit acted as an anchor and was recorded in the main NGTV building studio. When the reports of Gayle Gossip and Fred Finely ended, the one Elemental Cobra managed to break into the building and it set the studio on fire.
Prime Empire Original Shorts[]
Gayle Gossip: A Closer Look[]

Season 12: Prime Empire[]
Level Thirteen[]
While explaining the disappearances in Prime Empire, Fred Finely briefly acted as an anchor and was recorded in the main studio.
Season 14: Seabound[]
Nyad[]
When Wojira and Kalmaar attacked Ninjago City and she flooded it, the upper part of the NGTV building remained stuck above sea level.
Later, as Wojira chased the Destiny's Bounty in the city, Wu noticed the building and ordered P.I.X.A.L. to head there with the ship so they could hide there.
When the ninja and Benthomaar arrived at the building with the nearly drowned Jay, they got out of the submarines and remained on the balcony. However, Wu quickly ordered them to go inside so that Kalmaar would not find them. So they went to the relaxation room, where they placed Jay on the couch and waited for what would happen.
Some time later, when everyone in the room was asleep, Nya left the room and went out on the roof of the building, from where she jumped into the sea and merged with it. The others woke up and watched her through the underwater glass window, only to run to the balcony and call to her. While they were away, Jay and Nya shared a brief glance through the window before they all left the building and followed Wojira.

Trivia[]
- According to Bragi Schut, "The NGTV building is built in tiers. When Cole fell off the ladder he did not fall all the way to ground level. He hit one of the outcroppings and broke through a skylight."[1]
- However, in the show, the building is never shown to be built in tiers.
