The Ninjago Sewers are an underground tangle of tunnels through which waste from drains in Ninjago passes. The Serpentine live in the sewers.

The ninja head down the sewer system in order to find the Serpentine's secret meeting in an unused train station of Ninjago Metro.

Darkness Shall Rise[]
When delivering pizza to them, Jay found an open manhole and heard Skales, Skalidor, and Fangtom talk about a plan to rob the bank. Before Jay could hear any further, he is held up by Acidicus.
Rebooted[]
The Curse of the Golden Master[]
The ninja and Nya enter the sewers in order to find Skales in the Tomb of the Stone Army.
The Hands of Time[]
Scavengers[]
Krux and Acronix were in the sewers trying to find their headquarters, but they were stumped. Acronix suggested using his BorgWatch, but he's unable to due to the Vermillion stealing all the metal including the cell towers.
Secrets Discovered[]
The Time Twins marched the Vermillion and a captured Wu to their headquarters.
Later, Jay, Cole, Zane, and Lloyd used the Destiny's Shadow and try to find the Time Twins, but they stumble upon Skales, Skales Jr., and a couple of Constrictai. Skales revealed the history of the Vermillion before giving them a map to the swamps. Soon, the ninja would discover the Vermillion Swamps.
Pause and Effect[]
Kai and Nya joined the rest of the ninja on the outskirts of the swamps and would devise a plan of saving the captured workers plus Cyrus Borg and attempting to confront the Time Twins.
Out of the Fire and Into the Boiling Sea[]
Cole, Jay, Lloyd, and Zane would briefly retreat into the sewers after an onslaught of Vermillion warriors started to attack. Zane created an ice dome in order to protect themselves, but the Vermillion used catapults to destroy the ice shield. After the ice dome was demolished, the Vermillion didn't find the ninja and assumed they won, so they headed back to the Vermillion Dome of Doom. However, the ninja were still alive.

Ancient History[]
Kai, Cole, and Jay would enter the sewers in order to look for Skales, but they are caught by three Hypnobrai soldiers and are taken to him.
The Absolute Worst[]
The Mechanic and Ultra Violet escaped Kryptarium Prison and found themselves in the sewers. However, they are stopped by Fugi-Dove and all three tell stories about the worst ninja.
