Nomis, also known as Hot Dog Man,[1] is a citizen of Ninjago City that runs Hot Noodle Dog, a hotdog stand.

The LEGO Ninjago Movie[]
Nomis was revealed to share a birthday with Lloyd Garmadon and the Panda Suit Guy, and he was also revealed to be a citizen of Ninjago City. He later gasped when Garmadon and his Shark Army emerged from the ocean to attack the city.
