Obscuria is the current Elemental Master of Shadow, the daughter of Shade,[1] and a competitor in the Tournament of the Sources, alongside the other Elemental Masters of her generation.
History[]
At some point, Obscuria was born to Shade and an unknown individual. However, unlike most Elemental Masters, she didn't succeed her father as the Elemental Master of Shadow at birth and inherited her powers later in life, at some point between the Liberation of Ninjago and the Tournament of the Sources.
Enter the City of Temples[]
While the ninja attempted to negotiate with Bleckt on entering the Tournament of the Sources, Bleckt greeted Obscuria and granted her permission into the City of Temples.
United We Fall[]
Obscuria read a book as Riyu walked through the city while Kai talked to him from the Nether-Space.

- According to Chris "Doc" Wyatt, she was eliminated in the first round of the Tournament of the Sources.[2]
- It was revealed by Chris "Doc" Wyatt that she is Shade's daughter.[1]
- Shade was last seen using his element during the events of Hunted, several years before Dragons Rising Season 2[3]. Obscuria has normal minifigure legs, meaning she is either a teenager or young adult, and was already born before Tournament of Elements. She is a rare case of being an Elemental Master who didn't inherit her parent's power at birth.[4]
- She is one of the few shown Elemental Masters who took part at the Tournament of the Sources, but wasn't seen at Nokt's winning ceremony and didn't take part in the final battle with the Wolf Mask Warriors.
- She is the only character deemed as a mistress, while other female characters, like Rontu or Kizzy are recognised as masters.
- She uses a recolored scarf of Lucy's from The LEGO Movie 2.
- She used the hair of Soldier: 76 (LEGO Overwatch).
- This part has been used on many background characters since Secrets of the Forbidden Spinjitzu.
- But she is only the first female character and the first Elemental Master who uses this part.
