- Once the player complete the game, it says that they can play the latest installment of the game even though the game never had a continuation.
- Kai in the game does not have a face nor a visor, but instead his face skin color is red.
- Okino has a drastic physical change in the game, with a warrior helmet and two swords on his back, among other changes.
- If the player gets in front of Cole when the rocks collapse in level two, Cole will still say that he will look for a rope to help Jay.
- Prime Empire also got a new landscape, such as the fact that there are grass and trees.
- When Jay first battles the Whack Rats during level two, they player can walk back over to the booby trap and hop onto the logs, while the Whack Rats try and walk onto a log and appear to be doing the running man.
- Jay notices his swords and says that they are his, though it is unknown how he recognized the swords due to them being from Prime Empire.
- It is possible to avoid the Whack Rat in level three by jumping over it.
