History[]
Quest for the Lost Powers[]
Following the Final prophecy of Quanish the Elder, Sally-Bob met Cole, the former Master of Earth, at her farm. The young man had sought a new purpose in life after losing his elemental power and hoped that farming could connect him more closely with the element he had once commanded. Never one to turn down honest and hardworking help, Sally-Bob invited the young man to stay on her farm, during which the young man learned of her plight: for a long time now, Sally-Bob had been antagonized by her greedy neighbor, Takanagi, who had repeatedly been trying to buy her land for he controlled all of the surrounding areas minus Sally-Bob's parcel. And since the start of Takanagi's offers, Sally-Bob had refused every time, resulting in the former's choice to resort to alternative means of removing her, including the hiring of goons to repeatedly attack and ravage Sally-Bob's farm. During these attacks, Cole always ordered Sally-Bob and the other farmers under her employ to stand back while he dealt with the intruders. While this worked for a time, Takanagi was unrelenting and tougher times were looming on the horizon.
One day, a finely dressed gentleman arrived at the farm. Approaching Sally-Bob, the man introduced himself as Lou, Cole's father, and inquired about the whereabouts of his son. Sally-Bob then pointed him to his son, explaining that he was currently plowing the fields with Henry. Sally-Bob then complimented Cole, telling Lou that he had raised a good boy, though she also couldn't tell between Cole and the yak as to who was the more stubborn one. When Lou thanked her and asked if she had heard of his performance group, the The Royal Blacksmiths, Sally-Bob answered in the negative, adding that as a farmer, she didn't have time to see performances. Before parting ways, she offered for Lou to stay on the farm with his son as long as he liked before returning her focus to her work.
Later that night, after the latest attack on her farm by Takanagi's goons, Sally-Bob listened in to Lou's story about Lilly, his late wife and Cole's mother. Inspired by the story of Lilly's resilience, Sally-Bob offered for herself and her farms to help Cole in defeating Takanagi once and for all, though admitting that he would have to train them. She and the others would spend the entirety of the next day's daytime hours, and part of the evening, preparing themselves for Takanagi's next attack. During these trainings, Cole was surprised to learn that Sally-Bob had a pretty strong throw with impeccable aim. When Takanagi himself led a final assault on Sally-Bob's farm later that night, Sally-Bob participated in fighting off the invasion, using her throwing skills to drive off Takanagi's goons. When Cole rediscovered his powers, Sally-Bob cheered him on as he commanded the earth to raise itself in the form of pillars to strike Takanagi's modified harvester repeatedly until it was flung far beyond the horizon from whence it came.
For the next several days, Sally-Bob, her famers, Cole, and Lou worked hard to restore the damage caused to the farm by Takanagi. When the day finally came for both father and son to leave, Sally-Bob exchanged her goodbyes to the pair, adding that they would make an exception to their 'no performances' rule for Lou, and also asking for Cole to lend a helping hand during their next harvest season. Although Cole offered his additional support should Takanagi or anyone else come to bully her or her farmers, Sally-Bob insisted that thanks to Cole's teachings, she and her farmers should be able to handle themselves from here on out. After final goodbyes, Sally-Bob waved the pair off as they left the farm.
