Nunchucks of Lightning | Storm Glider |
The Storm Glider[1] (also known as the Storm Fighter[2] or the Lightning Jet[3]) was a ninja vehicle owned by Jay. It resembles a blue and gold-colored fighter jet that is surrounded by electricity during flight. The Storm Glider can be summoned by focusing one's mind on the Nunchucks of Lightning.
History[]
Snakebit[]
Jay first transformed his Nunchucks of Lightning into the Storm Glider in order to retrieve the Fangpyre Staff, which he succeeded, so that the venom inside would cure his parents from permanently becoming Serpentine themselves. However, he lost his concentration, causing the Storm Glider to vanish and Jay to fall down.
Can of Worms[]
Jay used his Storm Glider to travel to Ninjago City in order to infiltrate a Serpentine congregation. However, he needed to take Kai as his passenger since the latter was blinded by a Venomari's hallucination-inducing acid.
Once Bitten, Twice Shy[]
Jay used the Storm Glider to bring Nya on a date to dine at a restaurant in the Mega Monster Amusement Park.
The Rise of the Great Devourer[]
Jay used his Storm Glider to catch up to the Serpentine Bus as it traveled to Ouroboros.
Elemental Rider (flashback)[]
In a flashback, the Storm Glider was briefly seen splitting up from Kai and Zane, who were en route to Ninjago City, and flying away to an unknown destination.
Blue Lightning (flashback)[]
In a flashback, Jay used the Storm Glider to chase Pythor.
