Takanagi is a farmer and a neighbor of Sally-Bob.
History[]
Quest for the Lost Powers[]
At some point in time around or after the Final prophecy of Quanish the Elder, Takanagi had purchased every parcel of land in the surrounding area except for that owned by Sally-Bob. Determined to own every piece to complete his farming empire, Takanagi at first made several offers to his neighbor to buy her out, but when those offers were declined, he began sending his goons over during nights to harass her in an effort to convince her to give up her land. Takanagi's efforts would become increasingly militarized and frequent when Cole, the former Elemental Master of Earth, arrived at the farm and began repelling Takanagi's goons. After one night's successful razing of Sally-Bob's farm, Takanagi decided to take matters into his own hands and end things once and for all.
The next night, Takanagi donned a set of armor and led his goons on the forefront of a final invasion. Rearing up from atop a hill that separated their properties, Takanagi spoke through a megaphone towards his neighbor and her allies, declaring that as much as he did not wish to be here, he had decided to come personally to take Sally-Bob's land by force. He urged her not to resist, for he had new weapons that even he dared not to unleash. Unfortunately, things hardly went off to plan at all, with all of Takanagi's efforts being successfully repealed, resulting in his own goons retreating without him. Left with no other options, Takanagi climbed aboard his modified and armored harvester and began to drive towards Sally-Bob's farm, intending to raze it to the ground.
Unfortunately, the slow rate of movement of the vehicle gave Sally-Bob's allies more than ample time to develop a plan of counterattack. For starters, her yak plopped itself right in Takanagi's way, forcing himself to stop his vehicle to avoid striking the animal; he was a greedy businessman, not a cold-hearted killer after all. As Takanagi thought of ways to move around the large yak, a bizarre man in a suit walked up and began to dance! Although initially surprised by these strange turn of events, Takanagi found himself mesmerized by the man's graceful dance moves and watched for some time, evidentially impressed. However he soon remembered why he had come here in the first place, quickly becoming upset about how much time he had lost. In fury, Takanagi activated his harvester's flamethrower, moved around the yak, and continued his drive towards destruction. Unfortunately, Cole rediscovered his elemental powers after witnessing Sally-Bob and her farmers' bravery and determination to stand their ground against Takanagi. The young man then commanded the earth to rise up in the form of pillars, repeatedly striking and flinging Takanagi's war-harvester into the air until he and the vehicle were flung far beyond the horizon.
Takanagi would survive however, but the experience rattled him to the bone and in the coming days, he immediately sold all of his farm land holdings before moving far away. He had decided that building a farming empire was far too much trouble than it was worth and decided to seek his fortune in a new way, perhaps in the pillow-case industry.
