Public Enemies 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5![]
The Teal Ninja was among the other New Ninja to ambush the disguised Kai, Jay, Cole and Lloyd, when they attempt to steal Aspheera's staff. He then ends up disabling Zane's jet, resulting in him crashing into many buildings.
Managing to grab Lloyd, the Teal Ninja hears Kai call out to Zane by his real name before unmasking Lloyd, surprising the New Ninja before they manage to escape with the staff. While the New Ninja tended to the drivers, the Teal Ninja informed the mayor about the old ninja having been the ones responsible before the mayor demands their capture, proclaiming them public enemies.
A Painful Promise[]
The Teal Ninja and the other New Ninja arrive at the Monastery of Spinjitzu by a police helicopter before going through the elevator into the hangar bay that Kai forgot to close up. After being lectured about their catchphrase, the Teal Ninja unintentionally breaks his sword and takes one of the Orange Ninja's before they charge at the ninja.
After Aspheera removed Nya's Power and escaped with Lloyd's help, the New Ninja arrest them all. While his fellow ninja take them away, the Teal Ninja lets Wu, P.I.X.A.L. and Skylor go, but not before warning them that he'll be watching them.
A Lesson in Anger[]
The Teal Ninja and other New Ninja come across some Crystal Warriors not far from City Hall and attempt to fight them, only to be easily defeated. After being disarmed, the Teal Ninja noticed his fellow teammates being turned into crystal zombies before ending up like one himself.

The Teal Ninja was among the many infected citizens attracted to the sound of Blazey H. Speed's blaster shot hitting a car.
Roots[]
Not long after being purified by the Crystal King's defeat, the Teal Ninja was among the many citizens that decided to help the ninja rebuild the monastery. During which, he is held up in the air by the other New Ninja While placing a lantern on the edge of the roof.

Like all the other members of the New Ninja, the Teal Ninja first admired the ninja and was inspired by them to become a defender of Ninjago City. Despite this, he still considered the ninja to be low-leveled compared to himself and the others, calling them weak and out of shape. When the ninja freed Aspheera and caused damage to Ninjago City, the Teal Ninja began to see them as criminals and reported them to the Ninjago Police. In "Roots," he and the other New Ninja are seen helping rebuild the Monastery, which could imply that they no longer have a grudge against the original ninja.
