Technology (also referred to as Tech Power and Tech Abilities) is an elemental power. It is generally associated with the colors pink and purple. It's also one of the Elemental Powers that were created because of the Merge.
Users' abilities[]
- Technokinesis - The user can create, generate, and manipulate technology. This can apply to computers, robots, machines, hardware, and anything else related to technology. The user can divide machines and other technological creations into their specific components and possibly assemble/repair and destroy/dismantle them, copy their functions, make constructs out of tech-related devices (i.e. nanites), or create and launch tech-related projectiles such as bullets, explosive projectiles, laser beams, rocket fists, or missiles. They can easily hack and adapt to machines, possess incredible intelligence/probability to understand their schematics, and even reshape them into entirely different ones.
- Technology Augmentation - The user can enhance, augment, increase, modify, and multiply already existing technology. Sora used this to modify her Elemental Tech Mech in various ways.
- Blade Retraction - The user can create blades from their mech's arms.
- Shapeshifting/Weapon Arms - The user can morph their mech's arms into technological weapons, such as when Sora transformed one of her Tech Mech's arms into a laser cannon in "What the Mech".
- Arm Extension/Expansion - The user can also stretch/expand their mech's arms into different shapes, as seen while Sora was turning her mech's arm into a cage to trap Cinder in "Rising Ninja".
- Technological Merging - As seen in "The Elemental Mechs", the user can merge their mech with parts from other machines. Sora used this to swap out some of her Tech Mech's limbs and join it with those of the other Elemental Mechs.
- Technological Constructs - The user can create/manifest various kinds of technological constructs.
- Armor Generation - The user can create any kind of technological armor (i.e. plating). Sora used this in "Absolute Power" to craft a weaponized armor which she equipped onto Jiro.
- Force-Field Penetration - As seen in "We Are All Dragons", the armor was strong enough to penetrate the energy field surrounding Imperium.
- Mech Creation - The user can create mechs out of technological parts. Sora used this in "What the Mech?" to create mechs for Cole, Kai, and herself with Chronosteel.
- Technological Imprisonment - The user can create technological devices to imprison people or things as seen when Sora created a tech cage to hold Cinder in "Rising Ninja".
- Power Deactivation - The tech cage can disable any powers since it prevented Cinder from using Smoke.
- Armor Generation - The user can create any kind of technological armor (i.e. plating). Sora used this in "Absolute Power" to craft a weaponized armor which she equipped onto Jiro.
- Reconfiguration - The user can take apart, rebuild, and restructure piece by piece, leaving the target without defects of any kind, augmenting its attributes or overall quality.
- Technology Infusion - The user can infuse technology into other objects and empower or energize anything touched or used. Sora used this in "What the Mech?" to transfer a bit of her tech energy into Chronosteel when creating the three Elemental Mechs.
- Technology Stopping - The user can cause technology to shut down or fail completely. Sora used this ability in "The Battle of the Second Monastery" to shut down the Photacs.
- Technology Attacks - The user can attack with technology as seen in "What the Mech".
- Technokinetic Beam Emission - The user can attack with beams of tech.
- Energy Drain - As seen in "What the Mech?", Sora managed to use her mech's tech beams to drain the exotic energy affecting Lobbo.
- Technokinetic Bolt Projection - The user can attack with low powered bolts of tech and control the intensity/power, while not as strong as a full attack. These bolts could be used to stun, burn, injure, or even penetrate/stab the enemy.
- Technokinetic Beam Emission - The user can attack with beams of tech.
- Wave Emission - As seen in "The Power Within", the user can release Technology in the form of a powerful wave.
- Techno-Telekinesis - The user can move, manipulate, or otherwise interact with matter using technological/mechanical constructs.
- Technopathy - The user can possibly perceive and interface with technological objects with their mind.
- Technology Augmentation - The user can enhance, augment, increase, modify, and multiply already existing technology. Sora used this to modify her Elemental Tech Mech in various ways.
- Chronosteel immunity - Uniquely, Technology is unaffected by Chronosteel as when Sora touched it, she wasn't immediately depowered. It is possible that due to her powers originating from another realm, Sora has a degree of immunity to Chronosteel.
Weaknesses[]
- Technology Reliance - The user needs to be around technology or mechanical components for their power to work, as it is useless if there isn't any.
- Unexplored Technology - If the mechanism is too complex or just ancient, the user will not be able to use their powers on it, as seen in "Enter the City of Temples".
Symbol[]
The symbol of Technology is composed of three pink lines of computer circuit, consisting of a symmetrical upside-down question mark on each side and a perpendicular line at the center.
