The Fifth Villain is the eleventh episode of the fifteenth season of Ninjago and the 191st episode overall. It aired on May 20, 2022 on LEGO's YouTube channel.

Synopsis

The Ninjas regroup at Twitchy's gas station and escape Hounddog McBrag's capture with a plan to infiltrate the Council of the Crystal King.

Extended: Fugi-Dove inspires a plan to infiltrate the Council of the Crystal King by impersonating a villain - meanwhile, the Ninjas regroup at Twitchy's gas station, but Hounddog McBrag isn't far behind. As Fugi-Dove buys time for the Ninjas to escape, they confront the Mechanic at his abandoned warehouse while Lloyd disguises himself as the villain and intercepts his invitation to the Council.

LEGO's YouTube channel: As soon as Cole, Lloyd, Jay and Fugi-Dove rejoin the others at Twitchy's gas station, the Ninja think about the next villain who will receive an invitation from the Crystal King. After realizing that the villain, the Mechanic, could be next, Hounddog McBrag shows up at the gas station!

• To practice remembering things, Twitchy repeats what he hears three times at a slow pace.
• The alias Fugi-Dove makes for Jay is a reference to his etymology.
• This is the first time the interior of Twitchy Tim's gas station, which previously appeared briefly in "Uncharted," is shown.
• Lloyd impersonates the Mechanic and intercepts his invitation to the Council of the Crystal King.

Errors

• When Cole stumbles to get the water bottle, for a brief moment his old voice can be heard.
  • Such was the case in earlier episodes, such as "Curiosity" and "The Shape of Nya".
• Despite the title of the episode, the Mechanic is the fourth villain of the Crystal King's five generals who is shown in the season. Mister F is the fifth, but doesn't appear until the next episode.
