The Resistance was a rebellion that was led by the Imperium Teen Resistance Force in order to oppose the rule of Beatrix.
History[]
Background[]
After the Battle of the Second Monastery, Beatrix deceived the Imperians by claiming that the dragons had been recaptured. However, when the Imperium Teen Protection Force witnessed the dragons escaping, they became suspicious. Their investigating led to the discovery of Beatrix's web of lies, which included the revelation that Beatrix and Ras were responsible for Levo's death, disguised as an accident. Additionally, they uncovered the truth that other Imperians had been banished or executed by Beatrix in order to maintain her power within the Kingdom of Imperium.[1]
In response to these revelations, the Imperium Teen Protection Force renamed themselves as the Imperium Teen Resistance Force.[2] They took on the role of leaders within the Resistance, determined to expose Beatrix's tyranny. The Imperium Teen Resistance Force successfully recruited other Imperians to join their cause, including Rapton, who had previously failed to deliver the Dragon Core to Beatrix. Recognizing the importance of preventing Beatrix from using the MergeQuake weapon, the Resistance provided Rapton with a fake Dragon Core. Their intention was to make the MergeQuake weapon look nonfunctional and thwart Beatrix's efforts to get revenge on the ninja.[1]
Absolute Power[]
The Imperium Teen Resistance Force ambush the Imperium Guards that surrounded the ninja, the latter group believing they're the former group's backup, until they surprised them by stunning all the guards before having the ninja follow them to their hideout.
We Are All Dragons[]
The Resistance led the ninja along the city, where Percival explained since their last encounter, he and the Imperium Teen Resistance Force, changed from Protection, had been studying dragons. As they were close to their base, they were eventually ambushed by Beatrix, who proclaims the teens traitors. As she was about to fight them, Nya, Sora, Riyu, Zanth, and Jiro arrived to face Beatrix before the two adult dragons stayed to stall Beatrix for the Resistance to reach the base. Upon reaching the base, Percival details the events where Beatrix falsely declared that the escaped dragons had been recaptured. He, along with the teenagers, conducted an inquiry and uncovered Beatrix's deceitful collaboration with Ras to murder her father and stage it as an accident and expelled her sister for the throne. Additionally, Beatrix eliminated other innocent Imperians who opposed her. They were able to acquire the evidence but decided to wait for the ninja before taking further action.
Their plan consisted of Lloyd, Zane, and Nya heading to the Advanced Systems Lab to retrieve the Dragon Cores while Kai and Wyldfyre destroy the armor as a diversion, and Arin, Sora, Riyu, and Percival head to the broadcast tower, where the latter had a mole meet them there, it turned out to be Rapton, who joined the Resistance because he only wanted to hunt dragons. While Percival's group handled it, Kai and Wyldfyre thought they destroyed the armory, but it turned out to be a shoulder pad storage facility because Wyldfyre read the map upside down when Kai gave it to her before Beatrix, having defeated Zanth and Jiro, ambushed Lloyd's group. Despite little interruption from Dorama, Arin, Sora, Percival, and Rapton manage to broadcast the footage, leading to the Imperians beginning their associated revolution with Sora broadcasting a speech as the icing on the cake, proclaiming everyone as like dragons. Kai and Wyldfyre eventually found and destroyed the armory, giving Lloyd, Zane, and Nya the opportunity to reach the lab. Having lost all of her people's respect, Beatrix returned to the lab, where she picked up the MergeQuake weapon, with the two cores, and another created by Jordana and ambushed Lloyd's group before using the weapon to create a rift.
The Power Within[]
As Beatrix creates MergeQuakes, sending many people into the rifts, the Resistance gets as many people as they could indoors, with Percival ending up in a rift himself after saving a little girl. After Lloyd thwarted the MergeQuake Storm, all captured Resistance members, including Kai, Wyldfyre, Riyu, Percival, and Rapton were brought back.
Not long after, the Resistance and most of Imperium start to make plans about forming a council.

- This is the second Resistance outside of Ninjago. The first one was from the Never-Realm.
- This is the fourth Resistance, the first one was from Hunted, the second one was from Secrets of the Forbidden Spinjitzu and the third one was from Crystalized.
- This is also the second Resistance not to be formed by the ninja nor led by Lloyd, but rather led by Imperium Teen Resistance Force, the first one was from Crystalized.
