The Sagas of the Eternal Sources is a book of history that was written by King Urd Leatherwing. It contains information on various historical topics in the Merged Realms. It notably includes the tale of the Battle of the City of Temples.

Background[]
After being written by Urd Leatherwing sometime after Thunderfang's imprisonment, it was given to the Fengxian family in the City of Temples for safekeeping. Roby used to view it as a waste of his time until Kur attacked the City of Temples and took the Yellow Prismatic Blade.
I Alone Can Save Them[]
After calling Nya, Kai, and Wyldfyre to the City of Temples, Roby gave the book to them in hopes that they could find information about the Forbidden Five's plans in it, since he couldn't read it due to his decayed condition.
Fallen Wishes[]
Nya and Kai were looking through the book, and Nya was able to find information on the Prismatic Blades and Thunderfang's prison. However, before Nya could come up with a plan of what to do with the information, she was teleported by the wish of Rox for the ninja to appear. Kai tried to search the book until Nya returned to inform him that the Forbidden Five had already acquired three of the five blades.

The book is large and has a red cover with a gold and teal trim around the edges. On the front cover is a jade rectangle with the book's title written on it in Ninjargon, and a red stone with a spiral pattern is placed on top of the title.
