The Two Moon villagers[1] are the residents of Two Moon Village.
History[]
Two Moon Village[]
Two villagers, Saeko and her daughter, Min, were gathering Glimwillow Lilies so the villagers could produce more Two Moon Tea for the Red Crows. However, they were both attacked by a bear, and Saeko injured her leg. A man arrived and attempted to fight the bear by using his powers, but only to realized that they weren't working.
Saeko and Min saved the man by throwing acorns at the bear, which gave him a chance to defeat it. Saeko then discovered that the man who saved her and her daughter was actually Garmadon, and told him that the people of Two Moon Village have heard of him. Saeko asked Garmadon if he could help her and her daughter, but he refused. However, he changed his mind after Saeko said that the village could hold a feast for him after what he did. But Saeko had trouble walking, so Garmadon let her ride on his back and the three went to Two Moon Village.
Back at the village, more villagers, including the village elders, Renzo and Kenzo, were hard at work producing barrels of Two Moon Tea. Some time after Garmadon's arrival at the village, the elder brothers would give Garmadon a tour of their village's tea brewing operation, to which Garmadon noted was "Impressive for such a dumpy town." Other villagers were seen conducting duties in brewing the tea.
Kuma[]
The next day, Min and three villagers calling themselves the Two Moon Village Commandos (Lan the Hunter, Shu the Farmer, and Bron the Blacksmith) accompanied Garmadon in his mission to defeat Kuma, the guardian of Glimwillow Woods, as per the request of Renzo and Kenzo. While the five were successful in their mission, they were unaware that the Red Crows had launched an attack on their home, terrorizing those remaining in the village.
Sins of the Past[]
As Garmadon's party returned to Two Moon Village in victory, Min and the Commandos sang in praise of Garmadon and his glory. Their singing would be cut short, however, as Two Moon Village came into view and the group realized the village was burning. After staring in shock for a few moments, Min frantically ran into the burning village, desperately looking for her mother, running into Kenzo who hid alongside her against the side of a building, explaining that the Red Crows "went crazy all of a sudden," and began burning down their village.
Meanwhile, Saeko was confronted in her home by three of the bikers. Armed with a frying pan, she knocked one of them out just as her daughter returned to the burning home. The largest of the three bikers seized the girl, hoisting her into the air, vowing "An eye for an eye," and prepared to strike her. Fortunately, the girl would be saved by the timely intervention of Garmadon, and after a brief conversation, he furiously hurled the large man and the third biker through the roof of the home.
While Garmadon dueled against Mogra, Leader of the Red Crows, Renzo lamented the state of their village, remarking that they have traded one monster for another, and that regardless of who wins the duel, the villagers will lose. He, alongside his brother, Saeko, Min, and the Commandos then fled the village.
The Snake in the Garden[]
Many villagers were unable to escape from Two-Moon Village during the duel between Mogra and Garmadon. After the battle, they watched as Mogra declared himself the new ruler of Two-Moon Village, which he intended to rename, "New Mograton" and that it would become the new base of operations for the Red Crows, much to the remaining villagers' dismay.
Saeko, who had secretly returned to the village to steal food and supplies, overheard Mogra's proclamation and later relayed what she heard to the village elders once she returned to their camp. The Commandos later encountered three bikers from the Red Crows and swiftly defeated the patrolling bikers while rescuing Min, who had split from the group earlier in search of Garmadon. The Commandos brought Min and Garmadon back to their campsite, where the villagers all watched as Saeko gave Garmadon the last pouch of Two Moon Tea she had recovered from the village, standing back as the former dark lord became enveloped in blinding light.
Beginnings[]
The next morning, the group of villagers found Garmadon gazing at his reflection in a nearby stream. When Garmadon surmised that they had come to ask for his help in liberating Two Moon Village from the Red Crows, Renzo admitted that they felt it would be better if Garmadon didn't get involved any further. As the villagers and Garmadon parted ways, the former group began to work on a battle plan to rescue as many of their trapped neighbors and friends from the village. Their plans would be interrupted however by Garmadon, who having had a change of heart, returned to join them. Together, they liberated Kuma and allied themselves with the Bears of Glimwillow Woods, forming an army sizable enough to take on Mogra and the Red Crows. Following the battle, Renzo expressed his relief that it was all over and that their village was now free from the influence of Mogra and the Red Crows as he and his brother carefully watched the defeated bikers, forcing them to repair the damages to the village.
Moments later, Bron approached the group, carrying Garmadon's helmet, which was all that remained of Mogra. Saeko wondered if Garmadon wanted his old helmet back, to which Min replied she would go and ask him, only to discover that Garmadon had already departed the village, leaving behind a note that read in its entirety: "Bye. Hold onto my helmet if you find it." With a smile, Min placed Garmadon's helmet over her head, vowing to keep it safe for Garmadon when he returns. Unbeknownst to Min however, Garmadon had not actually gone too far by the time Min read the note, wistfully giving one last look towards Two Moon Village before continuing on his journey.
