| — Tyr apologizing to Lloyd, "The Shatter Dragon" |
Tyr is the leader of a pacifistic tribe of Dragonians living in the Storm Village. Him and his peers were corrupted by the Forbidden Five to serve as their battalion of soldiers durring their quest for the five Prismatic Blades. Tyr and the Dragonians were freed after Thunderfang defeat.
History[]
The Ultimate Object of Admiration[]
Several Dragonians discovered the unconscious, but living, bodies of Lloyd, Sora, Frak, and Riyu in a river after the latter group had fallen from a cliff. The Dragonians then brought them to their village, where Tyr looked after them. After Lloyd awoke, Tyr greeted the green ninja and brought him some ointment to treat his injured arm. After exchanging a few words, Tyr provided Lloyd with a bowl of soup, encouraging him to eat something to recover his strength.
The Spectral Lands[]
One evening, Tyr and several other Dragonians were sitting beside a fire when they encountered five more travelers to their village. Rising to greet their new arrivals, Tyr asked the five how he and the others could be of service, but was ignored. To Tyr's horror, the visitors began to ransack the village, and when he approached one to protest, he received a swift punch in the face for his troubles.
Later, as the five reemerged from a nearby cave, a wary Tyr told the five that they didn't want any more trouble, but the five once again ignored him. Instead, they shattered a large gem and released its dark energies, which corrupted Tyr and many other Dragonians, transforming them into a ruthless warrior battalion.
I Alone Can Save Them[]
Tyr accompanied Zarkt and his platoon of Dragonian Warriors in search for a Prismatic Blade. Eventually, Zarkt became frustrated and impatient with their slow progress, briefly berating Tyr for their failures. After being discovering Lloyd and his group, Tyr fought against Sora in hand to hand combat, successfully knocking her through the air before turning his attention against Riyu. Unfortunately, Tyr and the rest of the Dragonians were overwhelmed and defeated by the Ninja, forcing them and Zarkt to retreat.
Chaos Unchained[]
Tyr accompanied the Forbidden Five in battling the Ninja above Thunderfang's prison for the final two Prismatic Blades. He manage to grab the Blue Prismatic Blade before Nya did but Zane tackled him, which made him loose the blade before Frak caught it.
The Shatter Dragon[]
Following Thunderfang's release, Tyr and the other corrupted Dragonians fell under the command of the Shatter Dragon of Chaos as they continued to battle the ninja. Following Thunderfang's death however, Tyr and the others were freed from their corruption. Tyr then approached Lloyd and profusely apologized for his and the others' actions, though Lloyd insisted that apologies were not necessary because he knew the Dragonians were not themselves. Tyr then reaffirmed that he and the others owed the ninja a great debt for saving them.
