Unagami holds the spear as he talks to Okino.
The Temple of Madness
Unagami holds the spear as he talks to Jay and later he uses the spear in battle. During this fight with Jay, the spear falls out. When he turns into the Empire Dragon, the spear disappears.
Game Over
Unagami holds the spear as he talks to Jay and later to Milton Dyer. When he turns into the child the spear disappears.
