The Upply, formerly known as the Lowly, are a group of misfits and adventurers. They were led by Cole and allied with Wu and Vania after meeting them.
History[]
Background[]
The group was created after Fungus, Korgran and Plundar took on the same request Vangelis sent them to complete. They were assigned to retrieve the Skull of Hazza D'ur from the dangerous Dungeons of Shintaro and bring it back to Vangelis so it can be destroyed.
After meeting Adam, the three make it through the traps easily and find the skull. However, when Korgran touches it, Dark Magic seeps through his body, so he drops it. The group realize the skull is evil, so they carry it by using Korgran's axe.
They make it back to the Kingdom of Shintaro, but Vangelis has different plans. He tells the group they can possess so much power, but the Lowly insist that the Skull of Hazza D'ur must be destroyed. After realizing the truth, Vangelis presses a button, and the Lowly fall through a pit.
Master of the Mountain[]
Years later, Cole, Wu, and Vania were cast into Rock-Bottom, where they met up with the Lowly. After the trio tell them about their past, they decide to travel back up to the surface through the caverns. They end up getting lost through the caverns, though Cole is encouraged by Wu to use his Elemental Energy to illuminate the correct path, and find themselves coming across a lava stream. Attacked by a Lava Monster, the group are able to cross through safely and progress forward on a mine cart, though they get attacked by another Lava Monster. Eventually, they come across the Stone Mech, and learned about the Spinjitzu Burst. They then find themselves at the Heart of the Mountain, where Cole experiences a deeper connection with her mother mentally. The group then ride on the Stone Mech, with the Lowly attaching wheels on it. They are then attacked by a Lava Monster and some Dire Bats, but they are able to make it back onto Shintaro, announcing themselves as the "Upply." However, when confronted by the Army of Shintaro, Cole and the Upply head to the Dungeons of Shintaro to save the ninja, the Geckles and Munce from the Skull Sorcerer. After Cole defeats him using the Spinjitzu Burst, Vania is crowned Queen of Shintaro and the Upply lived with the Geckles, Munce and the Sky Folk in Shintaro, bidding their ninja allies farewell as they board the Destiny's Bounty.
Crystalized[]
In a battle prophesied by Quanish the Elder, after receiving word of Cole's distress call to Shintaro, the Upply arrive with the Army of Shintaro, the Geckles and Munce to fight the Crystal army. The Upply, along with Vania and Chompy, assist Cole (in his Dragon Form) against Vangelis, allowing him to reclaim his Scythe of Quakes and trap the former king in a crevice. After the Overlord's defeat, the Upply and many of the ninja's allies help the ninja to rebuild back the Monastery of Spinjitzu.

Trivia[]
- The trio, paired with Wu and Vania, formed a team for Cole similar to that of the Ninja Replacements in "Operation Land Ho!" and "The Way Back."
- They are much older than Vania due to being grown-up in a flashback while Vania was a child.
Behind the scenes[]
- They may be a reference to Dungeons & Dragons, with Fungus being a Wizard, Korgran being a Barbarian, and Plundar being a Rogue.
- Plundar also rolls dice to determine things, similar to in Dungeons and Dragons.
