The Virtual Tour was a page on LEGO.com depicting the Ninjago Museum of History, created alongside the Museum to promote the then-upcoming "Day of the Departed" special.[1]

Pythor[]

Pythor mobile fallback

When Lloyd found Pythor in the Anacondrai tomb he was the last remaining member of the snake tribe. Quite how he ended up as the sole survivor isn’t entirely clear, but a quick look through his things revealed recipes for Snake Soufflé, Anacondrai Au Vin, Cobra Cobbler, Roast Reptile and Serpentine Surprise. If he did eat the rest of the tribe, he got his “just desserts” when he was swallowed by the Great Devourer. Pythor always finds an upside, though. He used the monstrous snake-god’s stomach acid to “go blonde”.

Snake Staff[]

Pythor may be the real thing, but the Anacondrai Snake Staff he wields is not. Like the other villains themselves, it is a museum prop infused with the energy and spirit of the original weapon. Of course, this makes it just as dangerous. Pythor wonders what the capsule of anti-venom in the head might do now, but he doesn’t intend to find out.

Morro[]

Denied the chance to be the Green Ninja, Morro stormed from Wu’s dojo intent on gaining the same power by other means. He went in search of the Tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master, believing that the resting place of the creator of the NINJAGO world would give him control of the four Golden Weapons. His travels took him to the Caves of Despair, after misreading “cave in the deep” on an ancient scroll in the Library of Domu. There he was trapped and killed by a kethanol geyser.

Sword of Sanctuary[]

The Sword of Sanctuary is an incredibly powerful weapon, largely because it is possible to see an opponent’s next move in the reflection of the blade. Of course, you can also see other important things in the reflection, like whether your hair is a mess or you have spinach in your teeth. But Master Wu probably wouldn’t like you using it that way.

Samukai[]

Samukai mobile fallback

Samukai’s four arms made him not only a fearsome warrior, but also a mean table tennis player. When asked why he had four arms, he usually answered, “Because I don’t want six.” He was very grateful to be a Skulkin and only have to wear armor, because he knew the extra arms would make it really hard to find shirts that fit.

Double-Bladed Axe[]

The double-bladed axe is actually not a popular weapon among skeletons, since they have a habit of accidentally hitting themselves with one blade or the other. In weapons testing, it usually ranked somewhere below the backfire bow (which only fired arrows backwards, unless you were aiming backwards, in which it case it fired them forwards) and the one-way boomerang (which could be easily thrown, but never came back to you).

Master Chen[]

Chen mobile fallback

Chen’s past is littered with terrible secrets. Responsible for the Serpentine Wars, he set both Garmadon and Clouse on a path to evil and interfered with the lives of Wu & Misako. He desecrated the Anacondrai tombs to make his hat from their bones, angering the real snakes when they returned. Somewhere along the way he learned to create delicious noodles. This suggests the recipe might be Serpentine in origin, or that he was a foodie with a lot of time on his hands.

Jade Blade[]

The Jade Blades were carved from the bones of the departed Serpentine warriors and reserved for the greatest Anacondrai leaders. Chen helped himself to their bones while tomb raiding and carved his own to use in the Tournament of Elements. This was another reason that the returning Anacondrai took an instant dislike to Chen and his worshipers. Now Skylor keeps the Jade Blades locked up, safe and sound, just in case.

Kozu[]

Kozu mobile fallback

Kozu was the brightest and most capable of all the Stone Warriors. While the Stone Army was made of indestructible dark matter mined on Dark Island, the Overlord wrought Kozu in white with the red facial patterns of a stage hero. These were the source of his power. He seems to speak the language of the whole Stone Army, but only because he took all the warriors who spoke difficult dialects and threw them into the Mouth of Eternal Shadows. Problem solved.

Elemental Blade[]

The ninja team disposed of the Elemental Blades as soon as they returned to NINJAGO Island, but these were then recovered by a super fan who stopped going through Wu’s dustbins and started doing some real digging! He’s now setting up his own Ninja Museum, which hasn’t gone down well with Dr Saunders and the staff at the NINJAGO Museum of History.

General Cryptor[]

Cryptor mobile fallback

General Cryptor is the most advanced of all the Nindroids built by Cyrus Borg. He’s more capable, smarter, more powerful and, thanks to his built-in ego program, supremely arrogant. He loves to talk and his favorite subject is … General Cryptor. He holds the NINJAGO record for most consecutive hours spent talking about oneself. Most of the time, he’s talking to himself, since even the emotionless Nindroids start to cry from boredom after an hour or two.

Techno-Blade[]

Dormant Techno-Blades don’t look like much and they’re too dull to cut anything. It’s only when they’re shoved into a piece of technology that their real power is revealed. Lloyd wasn’t gifted a Techno-Blade by Cyrus Borg. He pretended he didn’t mind and there were other things to worry about at the time, but sometimes he dreams about what his Techno-Blade might have created!

Master Yang[]

No one knows when Yang lost his mind. The creator of Airjitzu was strict and feared by his students from the start. He began to make them stay behind after school, then he locked them in the attic and finally he cursed them, trapping them in the Temple of Airjitzu forever. Now he prowls his dojo as a ghost for eternity (without so much as a TV to pass the time), ready to share his bad luck, as Cole discovered to his cost!

Yin Blade[]

Although it is dangerously sharp, the Yin Blade wasn’t intended for combat. It’s packed with so much magic that if it broke in a fight, the consequences for the entire universe could be devastating. Designed to cut open rifts in reality, swinging it around just to prove you can do fancy moves is not a good idea.

Trivia[]

  • The Janitor from Minifigures Series 15 is faintly visible in the page's background screen.
