These are the relationships of Zarkt, the master of Misfortune, a member of the Forbidden Five and a former leader of the Wolf Clan.
Allies[]
Forbidden Five[]
Zarkt alongside his fellow members.
The other members of the Forbidden Five, aside from Nokt and Rox, are equals to Zarkt. Though they did not show any care for each other, Kur, Zarkt and Drix all worked together in the Nether-Space to escape and continue their brutal dominance over the realms. Zarkt was the most verbal of Nokt and Rox's slow progress and urged them to be quick so they could continue to dominate the realms. During their imprisonment, Zarkt got into a fight with Kur but was separated by Drix. Following their escape from Nether-Space and the City of Temples, Zarkt and the Forbidden Five set in motion their plan to obtain the five Prismatic Blades to free Thunderfang. Unlike the other Five, Zarkt failed to secure his Blade, angering Rox, who knocked him to the ground and threatened to kill him if he failed again. Zarkt also has a strain relationship with Kur, as they have a habit of arguing with each other, which was first seen in "The Sword Shatters".
Wolf warriors (formerly)[]
Before his imprisonment, Zarkt was one of the leaders of the Wolf Clan and led the wolf warriors to launch attacks wherever the Forbidden Five wanted in the Wyldness.
Thunderfang (unwillingly)[]
As with the rest of the Forbidden Five, Zarkt believed that Thunderfang would grant him greater powers in exchange for freedom. Believing the Shatter Dragon, Zarkt dutifully carried out his task in retrieving the Primsatic Blades. Unfortunately, he and the rest of the Five would be betrayed by Thunderfang, who then absorbed his and the others' souls to strengthen himself after a millennia of captivity.
Following his transformation into a ghost, Zarkt was bound to Thunderfang's will, serving his master's orders and whims without question or hesitation.
Dragonian Trackers (formerly)[]
Zarkt, like the rest of the Five, did not care about the Dragonian Trackers and only used them to track down the Prismatic Blades to free Thunderfang. While in the First Land searching for the Blue Prismatic Blade, Zarkt showed to be more demanding, as shown when he physical grabbed Tyr's neck before shoving him.
Spectral Dragonians[]
After Zarkt fell under Thunderfang's control, he led the Spectral Dragonians to capture souls of the people in the Land of Lee, Roderick Allen and Lee. He later led the Spectral Dragonians towards the Cave of bells where he fought Kai, Nya and Jay.
Enemies[]
Dragon Masters[]
Because Egalt and Rontu were the ones who trapped Zarkt and his allies in the Nether-Space, Zarkt likely has a huge grudge against them.
Ninja[]
Zarkt first met the Ninja in "I Alone Can Save Them". Even though he does not know them as well as Nokt and Rox does, Zarkt considers them as his enemies, and fought them in a desert somewhere in the First Land and fought Lloyd, Sora, Frak, and Riyu over the Blue Prismatic Blade, although he ultimately failed when Zane, P.I.X.A.L., and Zanth arrived. He later encountered them again in "Chaos Unchained" where he fought them again to obtain all the Prismatic Blades to free Thunderfang. He manage to fight both Kai and Nya. He later fought Kai and Nya again in "Chaos Reigns" at the Cave of Bells in an attempt to destroy the crystal that are connected to the Arc Dragon of Focus. During the fight he brutally used Shatterspin in the battle and almost killed Nya using Misfortune before Jay interfered with his Mech Dragon.
Dragonians[]
Zarkt and his colleagues were merciless with the the peaceful Dragonian people, by ransacking their village to find Thunderfang's prison, not hesitating to be violent with them, and then by corrupting them through Thunderfang's dark energy to make them their personal army to find the Prismatic Blades.
P.I.X.A.L.[]
- “We haven't met. I am P.I.X.A.L.”
- “I don't care!”
- “You should. You are attacking my friend, and that is something I will not tolerate.”

Zarkt met P.I.X.A.L. in "I Alone Can Save Them". Zarkt wasn't interested in who P.I.X.A.L. was but ended up being defeated by her.
